1.Drink lots of water:
In summer season our body gets dehydrated because of summer hotness. During summer time and when you are working on heat we have to drink lot of water. Drink up to 4 or 5 liter water .Stay cool.
2. Clean your face with cold water:
In summer season when you are going outside your face gets tan. So you can wash your face with cold water twice a day. Then you can feel really your face looks smooth, fresh & clean.
3.Loose Fitting cloths:
Wear loose fitting cotton clothes It help your body absorbing and removing body moisture caused by sweat. Wear cotton dresses it allows better air circulation.
4. Use hats:
Make use of hats, sunglasses to protect your skin from heat.
5.Juicy Fruits:
Instead of hot foods, try to eat cold fruits or low fat dairy products like watermelon, grapes, pears, strawberries, pomegranate, it will be helpful for getting moisturisers you skin.
6.Apply sun screen lotion:
Apply sun screen lotion before 30 min when you going outside.
7.Rose water :
Clean your face with rose water daily. It is use full for remove sun tan and getting cool your face.

Take 2 spoons Lemon juice and ½ spoon honey mix well apply to face. This pack useful like scrub. Getting fresh skin.
